Preseries ROXEN Batteries Completed

πŸ”‹90% Certified – CE & UN38.3 Nearly Complete

Our proprietary ROXEN battery is now over 90% certified, with CE compliance and UN38.3 testing done. EMC testing is the only remaining test. We're on track to meet global safety standards β€” paving the way for a safe and powerful market launch.

Here are some of the tests completed:

πŸ“¦ UN 38.3 – Transport Safety Tests (All Li-ion batteries)

– Altitude simulation – Low pressure test

– Thermal test – Temp cycling from hot to cold

– Vibration – Simulated transport vibrations

– Shock – Sudden impact resistance

– External short circuit – Response to short

– Overcharge – Tests battery with excess current

– Forced discharge – Discharge beyond limit

⚑ IEC 62619/62620 –Tests (Industrial Li-ion batteries)

– Capacity test – Measures rated capacity

– Cycle life – Charge/discharge over time

– Energy density – Power-to-weight ratio

– High/low temp performance – Operation in extreme temps

– Storage test – Capacity after long rest

– Internal resistance – Electrical resistance check

– Efficiency – Charge/discharge efficiency

Nail penetration test done at KIWA test house, Germany. The battery test was a success and result graded A on a scale E - A:

"A - No fire external to enclosure or area for fire protection or no battery case rupture"
