The Role

As Content Marketing Manager, you will be the storyteller behind Roxen Innovations. You will lead the planning, creation and distribution of content across our digital channels and bring our community closer to the product and the journey behind it.

You will work hands-on with images and video. You will work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer to create the brand we envision ROXEN to be.

This role includes global travel. Expect to travel for content creation, events, trade shows and dealer visits.

What You Will Do

  • Create stories, visuals and videos that express the ROXEN identity.
  • Lead content planning and manage the editorial calendar.
  • Capture on-water and behind-the-scenes content during testing, events and global travel.
  • Develop social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Update website content and ensure brand consistency.
  • Ensure that all content is optimized for search visibility and aligned with our SEO strategy.
  • Conduct keyword research and collaborate on website structure and copy for SEO impact.
  • Collaborate with partners, riders and the internal team to source and refine stories.
  • Analyze performance and evolve our content strategy based on insight.

What You Bring

  • The ability to create and publish compelling organic content across social platforms.
  • A hands-on mindset where you think and execute. You can conceptualise creative ideas and turn them into real output.
  • Strong editing skills. You know how to cut, edit and shape material into engaging formats that perform.
  • Experience in content marketing and digital communication.
  • Practical skills in photography and video creation.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how to optimise content for search.
  • Curiosity, initiative and comfort working in a fast-growing environment.
  • Willingness to travel globally 25 percent of the year.
  • Interest in marine culture, outdoor experiences and sustainability.
