The Family Watercraft That Just Works.
Summer should be simple. The boat is out, the sun is up, and the last thing you want is to spend the morning dealing with fuel, maintenance, or explaining a complicated machine to your kids.
ROXEN is electric, lightweight, and ready the moment you are. Safe enough to hand to a teenager. Exciting enough that nobody wants to stop.
No fuel runs. No engine trouble. No stress. And nobody asking you to keep it down.
Why Families Choose ROXEN
-
Ready when you are
Charge from a standard 220V socket, ROXEN is ready before breakfast. No fuel to fetch, no engine to warm up, no morning wasted.
-
Safe for younger riders
Set a speed limit from your phone before handing it over. Kids get the excitement at a pace you're comfortable with. You stay relaxed on the dock.
-
Keep them close
Geofencing lets you draw a boundary around the bay. If they drift too far, ROXEN slows automatically. Their live position is visible on your phone the whole time.
-
Anyone can ride it
No gears, no choke, no experience needed. First-timers are confident within minutes. The whole family gets a turn.
-
The whole bay thanks you
No engine roar. No exhaust fumes drifting across the water. ROXEN runs near-silently, so you can enjoy the summer without being that family on the lake.
-
Easy to own
No oil changes, no engine servicing, no winterising headaches. Store it, charge it, ride it. That's it.
The Watercraft the Whole Bay Loves
Most people have been anchored next to a petrol jet ski. The noise, the fumes, the same loop of the bay at full throttle.
ROXEN is the other kind. The kind that makes people look up from their books and wonder what that quiet thing on the water is. The kind that gets compliments at the dock instead of complaints from the neighbours.
When your kids are out on the water and you can still hear the birds, that's the difference.
Signal That You Care About Where You Ride
The bays and islands families return to every summer are worth looking after. ROXEN produces zero emissions and runs near-silently, leaving the water exactly as you found it, for the summers ahead.
Questions Families Ask Us
How many hours can it run per day?
Each battery gives up to 75 minutes of use. With one spare battery per unit you have around 2.5 hours of riding per ROXEN per day without any downtime. Additional batteries extend that further.
Do I need a licence?
Licensing requirements vary by country. Rules differ across European waters. Contact us for the latest guidance on how ROXEN is classified in your region and the waters you operate in
Is it safe for children and teenagers?
Yes. The app lets you set a speed limit before handing it over, so younger riders get a capped, confidence-building experience. The safety lanyard cuts the engine automatically if they fall off. You stay in control from your phone.
How do I charge it at a summer cottage?
ROXEN charges from a standard 230V household socket, the same one you use for everything else. Plug in and it's fully charged in 2.5-3 hours.
How do I know where my kids are?
Geofencing means they can't leave the area you've set, even if they try.
Is it difficult to learn?
No. There are no gears, no choke, and no complicated controls. First-time riders are comfortable and riding confidently within minutes.
How does it store over winter?
Remove the battery and store it indoors. That's the main requirement. No engine to flush, no fuel to drain, no specialist service needed before next season.
Is it built for saltwater and all-weather use?
Yes. The hull, electronics, and battery housing are corrosion-resistant and tested for a full marine season. ROXEN operates in rain, spray, and rough conditions without issue.
Can it be used as a tender or to friends visiting by boat?
Yes. ROXEN is fast and manoeuvrable enough to assist arriving vessels, carry lines, or make a quick run to a boat that needs attention. It handles more roles than a dedicated patrol craft at a fraction of the weight and cost.
Can it operate in areas where petrol watercraft are restricted?
Yes. Because ROXEN is 100% electric and runs silently it is welcome in many locations where petrol watercraft face noise or emissions restrictions. This includes protected bays, nature reserves, and marinas with quiet hour policies.
