The Electric Watercraft Your Guests Will Come Back For.
Rental customers want excitement, not complications. They want to be on the water within minutes, not reading a manual.
ROXEN is an electric watercraft that anyone can ride, keeps itself safe with app-controlled speed limits and geofencing, and costs a fraction of a petrol jet ski to run.
No fuel, no maintenance headaches, no noise complaints.
Just the kind of effortless, exciting experience that fills your booking calendar.
Why rental operators choose ROXEN
-
Guests riding in minutes
No gears, no choke, no warm-up. First-time riders are confident and on the water within minutes. Less time briefing means more time earning.
-
You stay in control
Set speed limits and geofences for every rider directly from the app. Keep beginners slow, keep everyone inside the safe zone, and monitor live GPS positions from the shore.
-
Lower running costs
No fuel, no oil changes, no engine servicing. Swap the battery and the next customer goes. Running costs are a fraction of a petrol watercraft across a full season.
-
Designed to stand out
Sleek Scandinavian lines and premium build quality that photographs well and attracts attention on the water. ROXEN does not look like a rental. That is exactly the point.
-
Silent and welcome everywhere
100% electric means no engine noise disturbing beaches, marinas, or wildlife areas. ROXEN opens up locations where petrol watercraft are banned or unwelcome.
-
Built for high turnover
Battery swaps take no time with no tools. Keep a spare battery charged and ready on shore and your ROXEN is back in the water before the next customer has finished signing the waiver.
Questions rental operators ask us
How quickly can a first-time rider get going?
Most riders are comfortable and on the water within minutes. There are no gears, no choke, and no pull-start. A short briefing covering the throttle, steering, and safety lanyard is all that is needed before they head out.
Can I control speed and boundaries for different riders?
Yes. The app lets you set a speed limit and geofence per session before the rider heads out. Beginners get a capped, safe experience. More experienced riders can have the limit raised. You set it from your tablet on shore and the rider cannot override it from the watercraft.
How does geofencing work for a rental operation?
You draw a boundary on the map in the app before each session. If a rider approaches the edge, the watercraft automatically slows and prevents them from crossing it. Their live GPS position is visible on your tablet from the Fleet Management app throughout the session so you always know where every ROXEN is.
How fast can I turn it around between customers?
The battery swaps with no tools. Keep a spare battery charging on shore and turnaround between customers is faster than any petrol watercraft. No fuelling, no engine checks, no cooldown required.
What are the running costs compared to a petrol jet ski?
No fuel, no oil changes, no spark plugs, no engine servicing. The main ongoing costs are electricity for charging and battery replacement over time. Across a full rental season the savings over a petrol fleet are significant.
How many hours can it run per day?
Each battery gives up to 75 minutes of use. With one spare battery per unit you have around 2.5 hours of riding per ROXEN per day without any downtime. Additional batteries extend that further.
Is it safe for customers who have never ridden before?
Yes. The speed limiter and geofencing cover the two biggest risks in rental operations. The safety lanyard cuts the engine automatically if the rider falls off. ROXEN is fully sealed for rain and submersion so weather is not a concern.
Do customers need a licence?
Licensing requirements vary by country. Rules differ across European waters. Contact us for the latest guidance on how ROXEN is classified in your region and the waters you operate in
Does it work as a tender too?
Yes. When guests need a shore run ROXEN handles it effortlessly. Faster than any tender, quieter than any outboard. It is not its primary role on a yacht with a dedicated tender but it is capable, quick, and always ready.
Can it operate in areas where petrol watercraft are restricted?
Yes. Because ROXEN is 100% electric and runs silently it is welcome in many locations where petrol watercraft face noise or emissions restrictions. This includes protected bays, nature reserves, and marinas with quiet hour policies.
What happens if a customer damages it?
ROXEN is built for marine environments and daily use. The hull, electronics, and battery housing are corrosion-resistant and designed for a full season of active riding. Contact us for information on warranty, service, and replacement parts.
Is it built for saltwater?
Yes. ROXEN is designed and tested for marine environments. The hull, electronics, and battery housing are all corrosion-resistant and rated for a full saltwater sailing season.
What happens if a guest falls off?
The engine cuts automatically via a safety lanyard the moment the rider leaves the watercraft. ROXEN is fully rated for open water, rain, spray, and submersion. A fall is a minor inconvenience rather than an emergency.
What happens if it rains?
ROXEN is built for open water and fully rated for rain, spray and submersion. The electronics and battery are sealed to marine standards.
