Roxen Innovations was born from a simple idea: water adventure should feel effortless.

We set out to create electric watercraft that break free from the weight, noise, and complexity of traditional machines. What emerged was something lighter. Quieter. Cleaner. A new way to move across the water.

Inspired by Scandinavian minimalism and a belief in sustainable exploration, Roxen Innovations builds products that don’t just perform, they feel natural. Intuitive. Human.

Background

Roxen Innovations (previously E-Watercraft) was founded January 2021 in Swedish town Linköping, by engineers Magnus Sundstedt, Paul Holmstedt and Martin Eronn. The three founders have more than 50 years combined experience from tech startups.

Through their friendship and shared interest in new technologies came the idea of creating products that was both fun and appealing, while challenging industry norms and limitations.

2021 – The Spark
Three friends. One big idea. Roxen Innovations is born in Linköping, Sweden.

2022-2023 – Testing the Limits
Our prototype (then called Eco-Jet) smashes expectations in its first water
tests.

2024 – Making Waves
Public launch. Winning Innovation of the Year at Sweden’s
biggest boat show. Just the beginning.

2025 – The Big Premiere
ROXEN makes its global debut, CE-Marking is done and we are getting our first deposits. Nominated for Innovation Route at Cannes Yachting Festival.

2026 – Scaling up!
Scaling up to deliver over 200 units and taking the ROXEN experience
worldwide.

Investors

  • The company E-Watercraft was founded in January 2021 by entrepreneurs Magnus Sundstedt, Martin Eronn and Paul Holmstedt. The company was rebranded to Roxen Innovations December 2024.
  • The main focus of Roxen Innovations is development and sales of electric, personal watercraft (PWC). Currently on offer is the company’s first product – the ROXEN electric personal watercraft. 
  • ROXEN is available to individuals and businesses
  • Roxen Innovations is looking for investors to boost production during an expected upward trend in demand for electric PWC’s.
